Waitlist information: your email address when you request a demo or early access.

Application information: links or handles for your social media accounts (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn), your approximate total follower count, whether you currently run a paid community or class, and, if you do, the platform you use, its approximate size, and what you teach or create about.

Communications: anything you send us by email or other channels.

Information collected automatically

Device and browser type, operating system, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, time spent, referring website, and similar usage data.

Information from public sources

When you share social media links, we may review the public profile content and public metrics (such as follower counts) to evaluate your application.

2. How We Use Your Information

Add you to our waitlist and manage early access

Evaluate and prioritize applicants for our beta and design-partner programs

Contact you about VUYO, including onboarding, product updates, and invitations

Personalize onboarding and understand the needs of creators and communities

Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and product

Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We collect only the information we reasonably need for these purposes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

Service providers that help us operate VUYO, such as database and hosting providers (including Lovable and its cloud infrastructure), email and communication tools, and analytics providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

Legal and safety recipients, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of VUYO, our users, or others.

Business transfer parties, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We will notify you if your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Others with your consent or at your direction.

We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Public Information You Provide

The social media links and handles you submit are used only for our internal review. We do not publish your application information or display it publicly.

Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works. If we introduce advertising or tracking pixels, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

We keep your waitlist and application information for as long as needed for the purposes described above, and until we delete it at your request or 24 months after your submission, whichever comes first. Some information may be kept longer if we are required to by law, or if we need it to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal and explain our decision in writing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each message.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Colorado, California, and other US state residents: You may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland: Our legal bases for processing are your consent (for example, when you join the waitlist or submit an application) and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving VUYO. You may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
